Abstract
A 16-year-old girl with symptomatic lymphangioma circumscriptum was treated with a combination of fully ablative and fractional carbon dioxide laser. Clinical clearance was achieved with mild scarring and no recurrence at 12-month follow-up. This case highlights combined ablative and fractional carbon dioxide laser as a potential treatment option for lymphangioma circumscriptum.
