Abstract
Abstract Numerous factors may influence the optimal rollout of new gonococcal antibiotics. We compared eight rollout strategies using a gonorrhea transmission model and ranked strategies by the number of gonococcal infections and clinically useful antibiotic lifespan. Rankings were most sensitive to the starting ceftriaxone resistance prevalence and screening frequency.
