Abstract
Abstract This is an interesting case of a patient with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting who was found to have a large saphenous vein graft (SVG) pseudoaneurysm on cardiac catheterization. The case highlights the faster degeneration of SVGs compared to arterial grafts, which may manifest as either dilatation or occlusion.
