Abstract
This report describes an uncommon adult presentation of asymmetric periflexural exanthem, historically termed unilateral laterothoracic exanthem, in a 58-year-old man during recovery from a febrile respiratory illness. The case provides strong visual teaching value because it shows the characteristic flexural/periflexural distribution, sharp midline demarcation in the groin, preceding respiratory illness, absence of drug exposure, and self-limited course.
