Abstract
This comment highlights that drug survival is a valuable real-world outcome but should not be interpreted as a direct surrogate of biological effectiveness, as it is influenced by multiple clinical and non-clinical factors. It also emphasizes the importance of appropriate competing-risk analyses and patient-centred outcomes to better evaluate the long-term effectiveness of bimekizumab in psoriasis.
