Abstract
A 32-year-old man presented with a 2-month history of a mildly pruritic eruption localized to the scrotum. He had previously received a clinical diagnosis of scrotal eczema and was treated with oral cetirizine and topical 0.1% mometasone furoate cream without improvement. Physical examination revealed ill-defined, diffuse, erythematous lichenification with minimal scaling on the scrotum.
