Abstract
This survey of UK and Ireland dermatology residents identified significant gaps in confidence and training across the management of hidradenitis suppurativa, especially for deroofing surgery. The findings highlight the absence of HS from the dermatology specialty curriculum and support the need for structured training opportunities to address these gaps.
