Abstract
This Letter critically evaluates the methodological limitations of Mostafa et al.'s multicenter observational study on pustular psoriasis phenotypes across European and Egyptian cohorts. We highlight three unaddressed issues, including referral bias, absence of standardized severity assessments, and lack of genetic and longitudinal data, which constrain the validity of the conclusions. We propose actionable improvements for future research to better elucidate regional disparities and inform individualized management strategies.
