Abstract
A 41-year-old male patient with no other relevant past medical/surgical history presented with a 10-year history of asymptomatic eczematous patches located on the inner aspects of both thighs. He had received topical hydrocortisone 0.1% for six weeks and 10-day course of oral prednisone at 30 mg, with transient clinical improvement observed only after the latter. Over the past year, he reported that the lesions had developed a reddish discoloration, with the appearance of visible superficial vessels. He denied weight loss, night sweats, fever or pruritus.
