Abstract
Panfolliculoma is a rare benign follicular neoplasm. It is characterised by differentiation towards all components of the hair follicle. This case report describes a cystic panfolliculoma of the nipple areolar complex in a 6-year-old boy, making him the youngest case published in the literature.
