Abstract
Red scrotum syndrome (RSS) is a rare neurovascular condition causing persistent scrotal erythema and burning pain. We report two cases of RSS relapse triggered by tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, used for erectile dysfunction. These observations suggest that PDE5 inhibitors may induce or exacerbate RSS through vasodilatory and neurogenic mechanisms, warranting caution in patients with a history of this condition.
