Abstract
Our correspondence discusses an important interpretive consideration regarding the distinction between persistent response among selected responders and durable disease control in the broader treated population in a recent study of long-term lebrikizumab efficacy in atopic dermatitis. We highlight how responder-enriched analyses, attrition, and treatment persistence may influence interpretation of long-term stability outcomes and encourage cautious interpretation of durability claims in chronic inflammatory skin disease.
