Among 284 Reddit posts expressing sunscreen safety concerns, ingredient toxicity and endocrine disruption were most frequently cited, particularly regarding avobenzone, oxybenzone, and octocrylene. Public concerns appear disproportionate to current human safety data, emphasizing the importance of evidence-based communication.
