Abstract
Bullous pemphigoid (BP) has increasingly been reported in melanoma patients, particularly in association with modern oncologic therapies. We describe a case of BP strikingly confined to the cutaneous field harboring the primary melanoma and in-transit metastases following sequential immune checkpoint inhibition and BRAF/MEK targeted therapy. This tumor-field–restricted pattern highlights a possible spatial link between melanoma biology, local immune dysregulation, and BP pathogenesis.
