Abstract
We report a series of four cases of isolated perianal hypertrophic lichen planus in men, a rare presentation of lichen planus confirmed histologically. All patients experienced chronic pruritic hyperkeratotic lesions with frequent relapses, although most responded well to topical corticosteroids. One patient developed pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia during long-term follow-up, highlighting the need for prolonged surveillance in this localized but persistent form of the disease.
