Abstract
Abstract Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a rare but serious condition, with traumatic non-ischemic causes being exceptional. We report the case of a 24-year-old woman presenting with dyspnea and right heart failure, in whom multimodal imaging revealed a giant apical pseudoaneurysm resulting from an 8 mm myocardial rupture. Surgical repair and pericardiectomy were successfully performed, with complete postoperative resolution. This case underscores the importance of early imaging and prompt intervention in preventing fatal rupture.
