Abstract
Melanotan analogues are increasingly associated with pigmentary adverse effects. We report vitiligo-like depigmentation following melanotan use in a patient with atopic dermatitis and alopecia areata, with repigmentation after discontinuation. This case highlights a paradoxical response and the importance of identifying unregulated peptide use in new-onset depigmentation.
