Abstract
Summary We report the intravascular endoscopic imaging of the retrieval head of a Micra AV2 leadless pacemaker immediately after implantation. To our knowledge, this is the first in vivo endoscopic visualisation of the Micra retrieval interface. This technique may be useful for preprocedural assessment of the retrieval interface when leadless pacemaker retrieval is planned.
