Abstract
Chagas disease is an emerging problem in migrant health worldwide. Our presented case of severe congenital Chagas disease in a twin pregnancy of a Bolivian migrant mother highlights the importance of screening and treatment of females of childbearing age who are at risk for Chagas disease.
