Abstract
A Scotland-wide survey of dermatology clinicians identified substantial gaps in access to specialist hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) services, despite widespread use of biologics and increasing management complexity. In response, a national virtual HS multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting was established to support equitable access to specialist expertise, facilitate collaborative decision-making, and disseminate emerging HS management strategies across geographically dispersed services.
