Abstract
A patient with positive syphilis serology reported continued headache due to an osteolytic skull lesion. After failure for treatment of syphilis, the diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) was made followed by histopathological and immunohistochemistry tests. This case highlights the importance of utilizing immunohistochemistry methods for clarifying diagnosis
