Abstract
We present a case of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma that manifested as localized necrotic lesions on the penis in an octogenarian patient born in Iran. A diagnosis of scleritis and panuveitis of the right eye was made oncomitantly. Histopathological examination revealed an angiocentric and necrotic atypical lymphocytic proliferation with an immunohistochemical profile positive for CD30. This unique presentation highlights the importance for dermatologists of being familiar with the diverse clinical and epidemiological characteristics of HTLV-1 infection.
