Abstract
Abstract While CT is valuable for mitral valve imaging, its low temporal resolution limits utility for transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER). We developed a computational method (CVpilot®) using diffusion-based interpolation to reconstruct high-resolution mitral valve dynamics (30 frames/cardiac cycle) from just two CT phases (mid-systole, mid-diastole) in a severe regurgitation case. This approach overcomes CT’s temporal limitations, enhancing its potential for TEER screening and planning.
