Abstract
This article investigates the role of gender in the advancement of science and technology, focusing on multidisciplinary innovations. While traditionally dominated by men, recent studies indicate a growing presence of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields, leading to shifts in both research approaches and outcomes. This article explores how gender diversity impacts innovation, particularly in technological advancements and scientific breakthroughs. We examine the barriers women face in these fields and propose strategies for fostering an inclusive environment that encourages both male and female participation in collaborative, multidisciplinary scientific efforts.
