Abstract
The future of work is being shaped by a confluence of factors, notably automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and human creativity. Automation and AI are transforming industries, enhancing productivity and creating new opportunities, while simultaneously raising concerns about job displacement and the nature of future labor. At the same time, human creativity remains a key differentiator that cannot be replicated by machines. This paper explores how automation, AI, and human creativity intersect and influence the future of work. It discusses the role of technology in reshaping labor markets, the importance of reskilling, and the necessity of fostering creativity in an AI-driven world.
