Abstract
Total Quality Management (TQM) has emerged as a fundamental managerial approach in enhancing service quality, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance. This study explores the strategic implementation of TQM practices within Pakistan’s service sector, including banking, healthcare, and education. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research investigates the relationship between TQM principles—such as continuous improvement, customer focus, and process management—and service quality outcomes. Empirical analysis based on data collected from 250 service-based firms reveals a significant positive impact of TQM practices on organizational performance, employee engagement, and customer loyalty. The study recommends tailored TQM frameworks for the Pakistani context, emphasizing leadership commitment, quality training, and stakeholder involvement.
