Abstract
Product innovation plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and sustaining competitive advantage in today’s dynamic markets. This study investigates the relationship between product innovation and customer satisfaction within Pakistani markets, focusing on the factors influencing innovative product development and its impact on consumer perceptions. Through a mixed-method approach comprising quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews across various industries, the findings reveal that continuous product innovation positively correlates with increased customer satisfaction. The study emphasizes the significance of incorporating customer feedback and leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation. Implications for businesses and policymakers in Pakistan to foster a culture of innovation and customer-centric strategies are discussed.
