Abstract
The growing concerns over environmental degradation and resource depletion have necessitated the integration of sustainability in supply chain management, particularly within the manufacturing sector. This study explores sustainable supply chain practices (SSCP) in manufacturing industries across Pakistan, emphasizing environmental, economic, and social dimensions. The article investigates drivers, challenges, and benefits of adopting sustainable supply chain practices and provides strategic frameworks for effective implementation. Using data collected from leading Pakistani manufacturing firms, the study highlights current trends and proposes actionable recommendations to enhance sustainability performance. Findings indicate a positive correlation between sustainable supply chain integration and operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and environmental conservation.
