Abstract
Lean management has emerged as a critical methodology to enhance operational efficiency by minimizing waste and optimizing processes. This paper explores lean management practices adopted in Pakistani industries, assessing their impact on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. The study presents a comprehensive overview of lean principles, tools, and challenges in implementation. Empirical data from manufacturing and service sectors in Pakistan are analyzed to quantify operational gains. The findings suggest that lean management significantly improves process flow, reduces lead times, and enhances overall productivity. Challenges such as cultural resistance and lack of training are discussed, with recommendations for successful lean adoption in the Pakistani context.
