Abstract
The role of female writers in Urdu literature is an important topic that has not received much attention until today. The purpose of this paper is to present a historical overview of the role of women in Urdu literature, particularly focusing on how female writers have shaped their work during societal, cultural, and political changes. The creations of female writers have not only transformed the nature of literature but have also better highlighted the role of women in society. This research analyzes various periods, from the early female writers of Urdu literature to the contemporary era, in order to understand the impact of their work.
