These challenges include the dominance of English in education and technology, a decline in reading culture, weak implementation of language policy, and the influence of digital media. This paper explores these threats and discusses the role of institutions, curriculum reforms, and digital literacy in preserving and promoting the Urdu language. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating Urdu into modern academic and technological frameworks to ensure its survival and growth.
