Abstract
This research sheds light on ethical issues in Islamic jurisprudence and their contemporary solutions. In the modern era, scientific, social, economic, and technological advancements have led to the emergence of new ethical challenges, which require a re-examination and resolution from a traditional jurisprudential perspective. This paper primarily highlights the ethical principles of Islamic jurisprudence and presents jurisprudential solutions to contemporary issues such as sexual ethics, artificial intelligence, genetic modification, environmental ethics, and financial corruption. The aim of this study is to provide religious, scholarly, and practical arguments to make jurisprudential discussions effective and acceptable in modern contexts.
