Abstract
Mashal is an important figure in Pashto journalistic literature . This article sheds light on the field of interviews of  mashal magazine . An interview is a process of sitting with a personality and asking them questions directly, related to their field . An interview is a thing that provides complete and accurate information, leaving no room for doubt . In modern research methods, interviews hold a special place and are considered a reliable reference . Mashal has conducted interviews with various literary , political , and artistic personalities, promoting the culture of interviews in Pashto . This articles mentions all these aspects and discusses these interviews in detail.
