Abstract
The influence of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) on the development of modern judicial systems in Islamic countries is a subject of ongoing debate and scholarly investigation. This study explores the significant role that Islamic legal principles have played in shaping contemporary judicial systems in Muslim-majority nations.
