Abstract
The problem of fair sex has been very delicate throughout the human history. Even the civilized nations of the world did not acknowledge the permanent status of woman. Her destiny has always been decided by the males under catchy slogans and selfish emotions. Islam accepted the permanent status of woman. It blesses the women with moral superiority by giving the men more responsibilities. It put women’s physical stature under consideration while assigning on her the responsibilities. Molana Muhammad Taqi Ameeni (1926-1991) is a prominent scholar of the sub-continent. He wrote so many books on different subjects with reference to the current problems. These books present a viable solution of these problems. The problems like parity and birth control have always been important in an Islamic society. Molana Muhammad Taqi Ameeni has brought them (parity, birth control) to light with the arguments from Quran and Sunnah. He described the importance and range of these issues. An analysis of his Fiqhi Methodology has been presented in this article.
