Abstract
Maulana Shah Abdul Qadir Raipuri (RA) (1878–1962) is a very distinguished religious personality of Indian sub-continent. He was a great Sufi, a staunch leader of independence movement and 2nd successor of Khānqāh Rahemia Raipur (Saharanpur, U.P. India), a very prominent Khānqāh of Indian sub-continent. This study is an attempt to demarcate his teachings and guidance which influenced many religious movements of Pakistan. As a great Sufi، he was well versed in contemporary Islamic religious and political matters. Prominent figures from religious and political sphere frequented his sittings and seek his guidance on such matters. He played a distinguished role in guidance of Khatme Nabuwat (Finality of Prophethood) cause. He opposed “Qadiani Tehreek” due to their unorthodox beliefs.
