Abstract
The agricultural industry is always looking for innovations that can enhance crop production and minimize the environmental impact of fertilizers. As the global population grows, there is an increasing need to develop efficient methods of fertilization that can address these concerns. A novel approach involves the use of synthetic zeolites and starch in controlled-release fertilizers (CRFs). These materials are gaining attention for their potential to improve nutrient delivery to plants while minimizing nutrient loss to the environment. This journal will explore the role of CMC zeolite and starch in influencing each other and their impact on the development of controlled-release fertilizers.
