Abstract
मनुष्य समाज में रहता है। वह समाज में रहकर जिस प्रकार का व्यवहार दूसरों के साथ करता है, वही व्यवहार उसकी आदत कहलाता है। प्रत्येक बालक में कई प्रकार की आदतें होती हैं, जो स्वाभाविक तथा व्यक्तिगत होती हैं। एक विद्यार्थी में अच्छी आदतों का निर्माण करने में उसके विद्यालय की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। एक उचित और उत्तम विद्यालयी वातावरण बालकों में अच्छी अध्ययन आदतों का निर्माण करता है, जो बालकों के भविष्य निर्माण में एक अहम भूमिका निभाता है। इसकी सहायता से मनुष्य का चहुंमुखी विकास होता है। माना जाता है कि शिक्षा की सहायता से बालक का संपूर्ण विकास होता है, अर्थात बालक के संपूर्ण विकास की जिम्मेदारी शिक्षक की होती है। इसीलिए एक शिक्षक में संपूर्ण शिक्षण कौशल का होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। एक शिक्षक की जिम्मेदारी होती है कि वह बालक को अध्ययन हेतु प्रेरित करे और सही मार्गदर्शन के द्वारा बालक में अध्ययन के लिए आदत उत्पन्न करे, जिससे बालक में उचित अध्ययन आदतों का निर्माण हो। यदि बालक में उचित अध्ययन आदतों का निर्माण हो जाता है, तो वह जीवन में बहुत आगे बढ़ता है।इस शोध अध्ययन के लिए शोधकर्ता द्वारा 1000 माध्यमिक स्तर के विद्यार्थियों को न्यायदर्श के लिए चुना गया है।
