Abstract
Health is a key factor in a nation’s growth and development. Health is defined as the state of complete physical and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. This definition very well includes whole concept of health. WHO also recognized that the health of all people is fundamental to the attainment of peace and security and its dependency upon the fullest cooperation of individuals and states. This vision was shared by all the member countries including India
