Abstract
यह लेख लखनऊ के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों, स्थानों, संघटनों में कार्यरत माता पिता के बच्चों के विकास और समाजीकरण तथा समच्छ आने वाली समस्याओं के बारे में जानना और उनकी कार्यप्रणाली की जाँच से संबंधित है. प्रमुख समस्या समयाभाव की रहती है जिसका जिक्र प्रतेक माता पिता करते हैं. परंतु अगर दोनों आपस में सूझ- बुझ के साथ अपने कामों को संपादित करें तो ज्यादा समस्या नहीं होगी. इसके बाद अगर एक छुट्टी ले तो दूसरा काम पर जाए, फिर दूसरा छुट्टी ले तो पहला काम करने जाए, इस तरह काम करने से दोनों को समस्या नहीं होगी,और बच्चे का पालन पोषण अच्छे से होगा. इसमें परिवार का भी सहयोग बहुत जरूरी है, परिवार के सानिध्य में बच्चों का विकास और समाजीकरण सही दिशा में होता है.
