Abstract
वह संस्था जहां के विद्यार्थी शैक्षिक रूप से समायोजित पाए जाते हैं वहां विद्यार्थियों के लिए शिक्षण संबंधी वातावरण अच्छा होता है। शिक्षकों के साथ.साथ विद्यार्थियों में भी शिक्षण प्रक्रिया के प्रति संतुष्टि की संभावना अत्यधिक होती है। विद्यार्थी अपनी अधिकतम क्षमता के साथ अधिगम कार्य करने में लगे रहते है एवं वह हमेशा यह प्रयास करते है कि अपनी संस्था को ऊंचाइयों तक ले जाए। परंतु ऐसे संस्थान जहां पर विद्यार्थीयों में समायोजन क्षमता नहीं पाई जाती हैए वहां का शैक्षिक वातावरण अधिगम के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं होता। विद्यार्थियों में समायोजन क्षमता ना होने से कहीं ना कहीं हमारा समाज प्रभावित होता है।
