Abstract
Bu çalışma, mutluluk ve yaşam doyumunun işten ayrılma niyeti ile ilişkisini incelemeyi ve elde edilecek sonuçlar ile hem mutluluk araştırmaları hem de Yönetim ve Organizasyon yazınına anlamlı katkılar sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.
