Abstract
Empowering the next generation: crucial role of free and compulsory inclusive education in the 21st century.In view of that, so many issues related to special education, inclusive education, dimensions in inclusive education, inclusive education in the developing countries, inclusive education in Nigeria and principles of inclusive education. It has been concluded that Inclusive education as a global educational policy is seen as a measure that is capable of eliminating discrimination and putting in place the necessary mechanism that will make the regular schools accommodate every child. Finally it has been suggested that, there is need to develop and implement compulsory special inclusive education programs and materials to individual students and their teachers. Also Government should make effort to alleviate inadequate awareness about the challenges facing public with regard to special and inclusive education at all levels.
