Abstract
This study will investigates the Blended and Online Learning as Tools for Strengthening Constructivist Theory in Primary Education. By examining the constructivist learning theory, the research highlights how blended and online learning strategies can support individualized instruction, foster collaboration, and improve digital literacy among young learners. However, challenges such as limited access to technology, inadequate teacher training, and varying levels of parental support are also explored, alongside strategies to mitigate these issues. The findings underscore the necessity of stakeholder collaboration, robust infrastructure, and policy frameworks to ensure effective and equitable implementation. This article provides actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers seeking to transform primary education through blended and online learning models.
