The libraries through social media provide current awareness service from the library through their social media (=3.21; std dev. = 0.761) and send notification on overdue reminders (=3.08; std dev. = 0.769). Facebook and WhatsApp are social media frequently used by library personnel. There is a statistically significant relationship between use of social media and service delivery by library personnel (r=.741, n=195, p(.001)<.05).
