Abstract
This paper presents an integrated framework that connects leadership, pedagogy, and policy as key drivers of educational transformation in Nigeria. It emphasizes the interdependence of these three elements in promoting inclusive, equitable, and high-quality learning. The discussion moves beyond theory by proposing evidence-based and actionable strategies such as collaborative leadership, continuous professional development, inclusive pedagogical practices, and policy alignment with classroom realities. These approaches, when adequately resourced, contextually adapted, and effectively monitored, can address enduring challenges in educational quality and access. The chapter further argues that synergy among these strategies produces far greater impact than isolated efforts where strong leadership fosters teacher growth, inclusive teaching inspires reform, and responsive policy strengthens leadership practice. Ultimately, it offers a practical roadmap for educators, school leaders, and policymakers to transform education from policy statements into dynamic, learner-centred experiences that empower every Nigerian student to achieve academic and personal success.
