Abstract
Styryl-benzimidazoles represent a significant class of heterocyclic compounds known for their wide-ranging biological activities. As hybrid molecules combining the benzimidazole nucleus with a styryl group, they offer structural flexibility, allowing fine-tuning of physicochemical and pharmacological properties. Over the years, researchers have explored this scaffold for its antimicrobial, anticancer, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antiparasitic properties.
