Abstract
The integration of Agile and DevOps methodologies has become pivotal in achieving scalable software development. This paper explores the synergistic relationship between Agile's iterative development and DevOps' continuous integration and delivery practices. Through a comprehensive analysis, we examine how this integration enhances collaboration, accelerates delivery cycles, and improves software quality. The study also identifies challenges in adopting this integrated approach within the Pakistani software industry and proposes strategies for effective implementation.
