Abstract
The convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is revolutionizing network orchestration by introducing intelligence, adaptability, and automation. This paper explores the integration of AI techniques, such as machine learning and reinforcement learning, within the SDN framework to enhance network management, resource allocation, and fault detection. We present a comprehensive analysis of AI-driven SDN architectures, highlighting their applications in dynamic traffic management, predictive maintenance, and security. The study also addresses the challenges and future directions of this integration, emphasizing the need for standardized protocols and real-time data processing capabilities
