Abstract
The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) represents a transformative paradigm in healthcare, integrating medical devices with information technology to enhance patient care. This paper explores the applications, benefits, and challenges associated with IoMT, particularly within the context of Pakistan. It examines the current state of IoMT adoption, identifies key obstacles such as data security, interoperability, and infrastructure limitations, and discusses future prospects for its integration into the healthcare system. The findings aim to provide insights for policymakers, healthcare providers, and researchers to facilitate the effective implementation of IoMT technologies
